How To Track My Order

1. When querying the logistics status, it must be the delivery status
2. Click on the shipping notification received by the mailbox, and automatically jump to the order details
Scroll down to "Shipping"
3. Click "Tracking Info" to display logistics tracking details

⚠️Note: If you fill in the wrong email address when placing an order, you will not receive a shipping notification
Please contact customer service to send the order number, or reserve the mailbox to check the order status

Notes:
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
5) Due to the wrong address, or the wrong zip code, you will not get the refund confirmation
6) Due to the policy of each country, some countries and regions cannot provide home delivery. Please contact the local post office to pick up the package. If you return the product due to non-collection, you will not receive refund support.
